Our Plastic Key Fobs are printed in full colour which can offer unlimited opportunities in terms of design. The versatility of the process enables you to complement your existing sales literature by using similar colour images, ensuring continuity of design throughout.
Maximum durability…
Our full colour cards are plastic throughout. To ensure that every card is built to withstand the rigours of everyday life, we use the same processes that are used to produce credit cards. The inner plastic core of full colour cards is printed and then laminated with clear plastic to ensure maximum durability.

Before the whole order is produced you will be sent an actual plastic keyfob with your design printed on it. This enables you to check and approve the card before the whole order is printed, ensuring you get exactly what you order. A deposit is required before proof cards are produced.
Size & thickness…
Our key fobs are 29mm x 54mm with rounded corners and a 4mm diameter hole punched at one end. The thickness is 680 micron (almost credit card thickness). They are supplied with 3 key fobs attached together on a credit card size card, ready to snap off with ease and attach to your existing key ring. We can also supply metal key rings if required.
Gloss or Matt Finish…
With all our Plastic Key Fobs you have the choice of gloss or matt finish. If your design has a black background we recommend a matt finish which is more scratch resistant, ensuring that your cards retain their appearance for longer.

Numbering
Individual numbers can be printed on your key fobs, either consecutive numbers or any numbers
If you supply an Excel file containing the relevant data. We can use any size, colour and font style to suit.
Personalisation
Individual names, expiry dates or other information can be printed on each key fob. We can use any size, colour and font style to suit. Data will need to be supplied in Excel format.
Signature panels
A white matt area can be added to your card for members or customers to write on. You may have more than one signature strip if necessary.
Metal Key rings
We can supply metal key rings ( standard diameter 25mm) for you to attach to your key rings, or already attached to the key fobs.
